Sarah Neky is a certified Physician Assistant serving patients through Franciscan WorkingWell and HEALTHeACCESS, where she provides compassionate, comprehensive care in both occupational medicine and advanced primary care settings. Her dual role allows her to treat workplace injuries, conduct employee physicals, and deliver acute illness and preventive care to HEALTHeACCESS members; all with the same goal: helping individuals return to work and life feeling stronger, healthier, and supported.
Sarah earned her graduate degree and physician assistant certification from Indiana University–Indianapolis, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient-centered care. Before entering healthcare, she worked in community-focused roles that strengthened her appreciation for human connection and the power of listening—values that continue to shape her approach with every patient she meets.
Her interest in medicine began early, inspired by an enduring love of science and an instinct to care for others. She was drawn to occupational medicine because it allows her to bridge prevention, treatment, and recovery; helping employees regain their health while supporting employers in creating safer, healthier workplaces. In her HEALTHeACCESS practice, she enjoys developing lasting relationships with patients and families, guiding them through chronic disease management, wellness goals, and everyday health needs.
Sarah’s clinical philosophy emphasizes treating the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle. She believes the best outcomes come from collaboration and education, empowering patients to understand their conditions and take active roles in improving their health. Whether addressing an on-the-job injury or developing a preventive wellness plan, she strives to meet each patient where they are, providing clear communication, empathy, and continuity of care that reflects Franciscan values.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors. She finds joy in balancing her professional dedication to healing with the same mindfulness and wellness she encourages in her patients.
