Jen Brown is a compassionate family nurse practitioner serving HEALTHeACCESS and WorkingWell patients with a focus on primary care and occupational health. Practicing medicine since 2006, she began her career as a nurse after earning her degree from Ivy Tech and went on to complete both her BSN and MSN at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jen’s philosophy of care centers on teamwork, listening, and creating treatment plans tailored to each individual. She believes in “practicing what you preach,” helping patients adopt healthy habits she lives by herself. Her proactive approach to preventive care has helped identify and treat serious conditions early, including several life-saving cancer diagnoses.

At her clinic, Jen and her close-knit team take pride in providing a warm, welcoming environment that feels more like home than a healthcare office. Whether she’s educating patients on lifestyle choices, collaborating with employers to promote safer workplaces, or simply offering a listening ear, Jen’s goal is always the same, to help her community grow healthier through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys traveling, crafting, and is known for her unique office habit of sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair.
