With nearly four years on the WorkingWell and HEALTHeACCESS team, Greg O’Hair brings a seasoned perspective to employer-based healthcare, shaped by a career that spans operations management, retail leadership, and occupational health administration. As an Employer Solutions Account Executive supporting employers throughout Boone and Hamilton counties, Greg works closely with local businesses to develop and sustain occupational health and direct-to-employer healthcare programs that improve workforce wellbeing, access, and performance.
Before joining Franciscan Health, Greg directed occupational health and urgent care operations across three facilities, experience that built a deep understanding of clinic flow, compliance, and the everyday challenges employers face in keeping their teams safe and healthy. Earlier in his career, Greg spent more than a decade in leadership roles with major retailers like The Home Depot and Lowe’s, where he honed his approach to team development, customer service, and business operations. That blend of people-centered leadership and operational acumen defines how he supports clients today.
Greg’s approach to employer partnerships is rooted in collaboration. He begins by asking the right questions to identify an organization’s unique challenges and goals—whether that’s reducing injuries, streamlining testing programs, or expanding healthcare access for employees, and then builds practical, measurable solutions to address them. He is particularly passionate about helping small and mid-sized employers find affordable, sustainable healthcare options for their teams, including HEALTHeACCESS programs that provide quality care without high deductibles or copays. Outside of work, Greg is deeply engaged in the communities he serves.
